Introduction.

Gayatri Apex Aura Welfare Association is an association of buyers of the under construction Apex (Previously Gayatri) Aura complex in sector 01, Noida Extension, and is registered as a “society” under the Society Registration Act, 1860.

The Cause.

The society is formed with the sole purpose of forming a grouping that shall work for the collective well being of the buyers of flats in the residential complex. It shall look after the welfare of buyers, helping to resolve any issues for the convenience for all its members.

Objectives

• The main objective of the organization is to inform the concerned government and non-government departments and various offices about the problems of the flat buyer members of Gayatri Apex Aura as per the rules.
• To conduct various programs for social welfare and welfare
• To try to bind the people of the area in the thread of sociality and try to solve the problems coming up.
• Organizing conferences, seminars, programs on social religious festivals, national festivals as per rules.
• To provide every possible service to the committee members and try to resolve any dispute through mutual discussion/peaceful manner.
• The society has no affiliation with any RWA or AOA. No maintenance fee/charge etc. will be taken by this association.
